I'm just going to put these here solely for the sake of organization.
Cel : A cel, short for celluloid, is a transparent sheet on which objects are drawn or painted for traditional, hand-drawn animation.
Genga :
Genga (原画), Japanese animation terminology for key animation drawings, literally meaning "original pictures"
'Official' art. This one isn't, technically, like the above two, but since I have no idea where else to place them, here is where they'll go. These are ones that, as far as I can tell, were done by Sunrise, not a fan. Little more than a concept sketch.

I agree these are most likely genga which were then transferred to celluloid for painting. I have some original Disney animation drawings like these with the same style of hand drawn numbers to keep the drawings in order and to provide additional direction to the cell painters.
